I need dry wall replacement work in a garage. The garage was flooded with about 6 inches of water. Everything is dry now. I want to have the bottom 2 feet of drywall and the baseboards replaced. The dimensions of the garage are Approx: Sidewalls 22' 11', Backwall 13' 1" and 1' 9 " on each side of the door. There is an electrical outlet centered on each side and the backwall approx 14" off the floor. The work will be, 1) cutting and remove the bottom 2' of drywall and the base boards, 2) disposal, 3) installing new drywall and base boards, 3) Taping and probably 4) texturing and painting. (Need to discuss.)
