Allstar Carpet Cleaning & Repair is an actual owner operated small business, run by Chris Hurley, TAMU Class of '99. My reputation as an honest, reliable contractor is extremely important. I do not cut corners, use inferior equipment or products, and never use bait-and-switch tactics. I use truckmounted, professional steam cleaning units. I personally answer & make each call, therefore I will do exactly what we've discussed. I began this profession in 2004, and absolutely love what I do for others. I'll admit there are several good, reputable competitors in the Brazos Valley, but not many can honestly say they work hard at building relationships with their clients. I listen to my customers concerns, pay close attention to detail, and respect the fact that I work for you. I strongly desire for my clients to 'want' to advertise for me; to feel confident when vouching for my services. Out of town work is generally considered 30+ miles from Bryan/College Station. Depending on the job, quoted price, and distance, trip charges vary (if applied at all). I do not use subcontractors to perform any phase of any job. If I can't perform the service, for whatever reason, I may refer customers to other contractors I trust, but I never hire subcontractors to work for Allstar. I guarantee excellent quality work
