I just recently have been awarded two patents regarding my drawer organizing systems. My drawer units provide hyper storage solution and organization for all the small items in the kitchen and closets. You no longer have to move one product to get to another. Standard rollout can be troublesome to keep organized. Especially when you have small items mixed in with the larger items. So you find yourself digging in and around everything to find something. Then the biggest problem is that you can’t read the labels. What if you had a drawer unit that housed all the small items? That provided two levels of storage or three in the same shelf space. What if this drawer unit that rolled out and had an amazing motion to it that made you say wow! One of the drawer units that I have designed has two drawers stacked on top of each other. They are hinged at the rear. When you go to pull the drawer out you will notice as it moves forward that the rear of the drawer starts to rise. At full extension it will rest at about a 35 degree angle. Drawer is controlled by a gas shock to help with the motion of movement outward. This same gas shock will control the movement going back in that gives it a smooth soft close. Drawer unit can be placed in a pantry cabinet or a base cabinet. When installed in a pantry cabinet the top tray lifts up and is held into place with gas shocks. Drawer unit should be installed at about 45” off the floor to give easy access to what’s inside. Another really great feature about this drawer unit is that it can have removable trays that can be carried into the work space. Another key feature about this is when it’s installed at about 32” off the floor it becomes handicap accessible. When installed in a base cabinet I have also designed the top tray to slide to the left or the right depending on the swing of the cabinet door. Removable trays can be added to this as well. The Pullout Drawer Unit has been turned into a kit. See attached feature sheet. This has reduced manufacturing cost as well as shipping.
