Hilles Architects is a "hands-on" architectural firm located in southeastern Pennsylvania with a local presence in the Lancaster and Philadelphia areas and a strong national client base on the east coast from Maine to Florida. We offer complete architectural services that are flexible to generate a scope of services adapted to your individual project requirements. By "listening" closely to our clients needs and working together with your development team, we can generate building solutions that are both functional and attractive. Through the creative use of stock building materials and standard construction assemblies we develop projects that are cost effective and can be built within your budget parameters. Our focus during the preliminary design phase is on establishing design review goals and incorporating our clients' involvement through regular team meetings. Our goal through working drawings is to maintain the development schedule and stay within budget whether in a design/build setting or the traditional competitive bid approach. Hilles Architects are uniquely staffed with "field experienced" project administrators with at least ten years of associations in general contractor offices. We will guide your project during the construction phases with prompt shop drawing review and bi-weekly job meetings, keeping change orders to a minimum and projects on schedule. We are NCARB certified and can obtain registration in any State as needed. Having completed projects in nine states from Maine to Florida we have a thorough knowledge and understanding of various state building codes, national codes, fire prevention and life safety codes, accessibility requirements, and various environmental/HVAC demand differences from northern to southern climates.
