In 1998 he partnered with Tad Wilson to form Bi-State Mudjacking Services, Inc.* When that partnership was dissolved a few years later, Todd went out on his own and founded Todd’s Mudjacking and Basement Services. Since 2002, Todd’s Mudjacking has proudly served homeowners and businesses throughout eastern Iowa and western Illinois.
