Services Offered
Mr. Morris provides consultation and evaluation of client intentions. From that starting point he provides a schematic design of what he hears from the client and an honest cost program. A preliminary design is generated from talks discussing the schematics and costs, which when reviewed is fine tuned to produce a final design. Construction drawings are generated and contract entering is overseen. Construction observation takes place during the work period with reporting and on site reviews
